Urban Air is the nation’s leading full-service family entertainment center, offering a wide variety of attractions for all age groups. The project aimed to refresh the website design and simplify backend operations so franchise owners could easily manage their individual location content. The site now allows users to search and select their preferred location, which then personalizes the entire browsing experience—including ticket pricing, membership details, and birthday party packages. Location-specific links direct users to the appropriate e-commerce pages for purchases, and returning visitors automatically see the same location they previously selected. The enhancements also made it easier to showcase promotions and special offers, creating a more seamless and engaging user experience.
