The scope included upgrading the Magento platform to version 2.4.5-P1 while preserving existing customizations that supported complex product and pricing workflows. Key deliverables included rebuilding grouped product presentation logic, implementing wholesale specific registration and pricing capabilities, and integrating marketplace synchronization through M2E Pro. The project also required integration with Stone Edge ERP and a drop ship system to streamline order and inventory processes. Supporting activities included migrating customer reviews to Stamped.io and integrating Klaviyo for marketing automation.
