Raise Your Next Product – Spartan Parent Cashback Campaign

These Terms and Conditions govern the “Raise Your Next Product” Spartan Parent Cashback Campaign (the “Offer”) provided by (EvinceDev Inc OR Evince Development Pvt. ltd.) EvinceDev (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting an inquiry to participate in the Offer, you (“you”, “client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Overview of the Offer

The Offer provides eligible new clients with a cashback of 1,000 dollars on a qualifying new project (the “Cashback”).

The Cashback is provided as a credit applied to your project invoices and is not a separate cash payment unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Offer Period

The Offer is valid for inquiries received between 20 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 (the “Offer Period”).

Inquiries received before or after the Offer Period are not eligible for this Offer.

Eligibility

The Offer is only available to new clients of EvinceDev. A “new client” is defined as an organisation that has not previously engaged EvinceDev in a paid project.

The Offer applies to new product or platform build projects and may exclude small troubleshooting tasks, one time health checks, or very short consulting engagements, at our discretion.

The project must have a minimum project value of 10,000 dollars in fees payable to EvinceDev, before any taxes or third party costs.

The Offer is intended for business customers. We reserve the right to decline participation from any individual or organisation that does not fit our target profile or compliance requirements.

Definition of Signup and Inquiry

• Submit the form on the campaign landing page, or
• Send an email inquiry to an official EvinceDev address clearly referencing the Offer, or
• Book a discovery call through an official EvinceDev link and confirm your interest in the Offer in writing (for example in the notes or by email).

• A short description of the planned project or product

Submitting an inquiry does not create any obligation for you to proceed with a project, and does not create an obligation for EvinceDev to accept or quote the project. It simply makes you eligible to receive the Cashback if all conditions are met.

Project Start Deadline

To qualify for the Cashback, your qualifying project must start on or before 28 February 2026.

• A formal proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) has been accepted by you in writing, and
• The initial commercial conditions are agreed and signed (for example SOW or service agreement), and
• You have completed any required onboarding steps, such as purchase order or initial payment, as specified in the commercial agreement.

If your project starts after 28 February 2026, the Cashback will not apply, even if you inquired during the Offer Period.

Cashback Details and Application

The Cashback amount is 1,000 dollars per eligible new client organisation, not per project or per contact person.

The project must have a minimum project value of 10,000 dollars in professional fees to be eligible for the Cashback. If the total value of the project is less than 10,000 dollars, the Cashback will not apply.

• A credit on the second invoice or a later milestone invoice, or
• A credit line item clearly marked in your invoicing schedule,

unless otherwise agreed in the signed commercial documents.

• Cannot exceed the total amount invoiced on the project,
• Has no cash value outside the project invoices, and
• Is non transferable to other companies, individuals, or unrelated projects.

• The project is cancelled by you before the agreed minimum scope is delivered, or
• Invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.

No Combination with Other Offers

The Offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or special rate.

• Special or “friendly” rate
• Volume or long term discount
• Any other promotional pricing

You must choose either that benefit or this Cashback Offer. Both cannot be applied to the same project.

Limits and Discretion

EvinceDev may set additional conditions or clarifications regarding the minimum project value of 10,000 dollars, which will be communicated during the discovery or proposal stage.

• Assess whether a project qualifies as a “new product or platform build”
• Decline participation where there is misuse, misrepresentation, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Limit the number of Cashback awards under this Offer to manage capacity and service quality

Changes, Suspension and Termination

EvinceDev may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time for future inquiries, without prior notice.

• Submitted a valid inquiry within the Offer Period, and
• Signed a qualifying project that meets all conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Relationship to Other Agreements

These Terms and Conditions apply only to this promotional Offer and do not replace or override any other legal agreement between you and EvinceDev.

All project work will be governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work or similar commercial contract signed between you and EvinceDev. If there is any conflict between those documents and these Terms and Conditions, the commercial contract will normally prevail for project delivery matters.

Privacy

• Communicate with you about the Offer, and
• Discuss a potential business engagement.

Your data will be handled in line with our usual privacy practices, which can be requested from us or viewed on our main website.
