AI-generated reflective responses are produced through controlled, structured prompts to ensure guided interaction without custom model training. The solution includes multilingual functionality across English, Spanish, and French, with consistent interaction flows across languages. An administrative interface was delivered to manage configuration, prompts, and operational oversight, supported by scalable cloud infrastructure with integrated monitoring, notifications, and performance tracking.
