1.Overview of the Project

eWomen is a fresh & revolutionary approach and an initiative, which aims to empower women with an easy way to highlight their talents and get hired by companies with a flexibility to work from home with the time they wish to work & help women push her limit beyond geographic constraints through its portal.
It helps women to spend her productive time into something worth by applying for work through portal’s easy flow just by signing up, entering her details, skills and just after verification of her details, she immediately gets listed in to the company’s suggestion list for hiring with agreed terms & conditions. As the candidate is hired, she gets a milestone of her work and as she finishes the milestone, she gets her agreed amount for her work.

2. Requirements for the Project

  1. The Client discussed some of the important requirements with Evince Development for eWomen. The basic requirement was to build Resume Bank and basic Managements.
  2. The other important requirement was to build a Job portal for employers to post a job & get desired candidates & for women to apply for jobs.
  3. Portal will help companies to post a job with skills that work needs and in response get a suggestion list of verified women’s who are matched with those skills. Portal asks to invite that candidate to get into the process of hiring. As candidate accepts the invitation, she is now ready to get shortlisted by HR & prepare for her interview & achieve her first milestone.
  4. The requirement was also to build a blogging system.

3.Challenges

  1. The first and foremost challenge for Evince was unique requirements with unclear scope.
  2. Complex verification process for Candidates and Employers.
  3. Complex implementation for Test Management with third party provider.
  4. To Implement a Solution for Privacy, Security & Proper Management System to maintain a highly trust worthy portal.
  5. HR being a mediator between eWomen & Employer must have a scalable & powerful management system to maintain the Employee Data & yet have a filtration for needed output.
  6. To Completely Create New Structure of Grading for eWomen.
  7. To refactor eWomen Management According to Role.

4. Solution

After a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements & following an agile methodology, Evince Development came up with a solution of developing an admin management module, which will be able to manage the processes of the job, role management, payment management, employer management, Test Management & website management.

Evince Development integrated eWomen portal with third party tools for help desk, Tests and payment gateway functionality for the users.

5. Approach

Evince follows its own approach for software development which is the combination of various models like Scrum, Prototyping and Iterative model. Evince team goes through detailed analysis and requirements and plans for such an approach for an effective solution that fulfills the client’s business requirements. After this, the team provides the blueprint and design of the proposed website. Once the client approves the front end UI, the development gets into motion, and then the system would be on a test stepwise and then deployed on to the client server.

eWomen portal developed with Different Management for HR, Sales, Admin, Employer and Candidates with all relevant managements and advanced search features.
