ASSOCIATE TRAINEE: TELE CALLER

ROLE DESCRIPTION
  • International B2B and B2C sales of IT services.
  • Delivering sales targets in the given timeframe.
  • Delivering processes as per timeline.
  • Communication of company policy and vision to prospective buyers.
  • Work closely with our cross functional operations teams to streamline the process and assist in intelligently scaling a vibrant business.
  • Demonstrates an ability to interact with C-Level executives across target domains.
  • Re-qualify leads from trade shows, events, mailers, e-mail blasts and other marketing efforts.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports on lead conversion rates and funnel status.
  • Business Generation through cold calling and E-mail Marketing.
  • Maintaining relationship with the high end project value customers in order to get recurring as well as referral business.
  • Working with end to end sales process from lead generation, feasibility study, requirement gathering, analysis, proposal, negotiation, closure.
  • Team Management and Training.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Good at persuading and negotiating.
  • Very good telephone manner.
  • Experience of working in a call center.
  • Fluent English Communication.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
  • Any Graduate
